Let’s all do a collective ‘sigh of relief’ now that winter is finally behind us. No love lost there, it’s time to look forward to what spring in the city has to offer. Friday, May 2nd marks this month’s First Friday in Old City. The galleries are featuring amazing exhibits this month, the shops (ahem!) are stocked with style and there are a few new kids on the block.
Petit Jardin en Ville, Parisian Florist & Garden Furnishings shop, will be opening right across the street from us (134 N. 3rd Street) the day of First Friday. Stop by to get some tips about your little window box garden, flowers for your future wedding, or a bouquet for your favorite mama! So excited to call them ‘neighbors’.
Galleries galore will showing off gorgeous works of art, including the Ron Issacs Exhibition at the Snyderman-Works Galleries, Carol Russo’s recent paintings at the F.A.N. Gallery and even The Clay Studio’s Annual Pottery Sale.
They’re calling for clear skies, so it's safe to step off the arc and wander the streets of this gritty, gorgeous and inspiring arts corridor that we call home!
Your favorite shop (ever?), yours truly, open til 9 pm.
